Yes, at MFG Tech, depending on the course format, there may be live sessions conducted by experienced instructors. These sessions provide an opportunity for interactive learning, Q&A sessions, and hands-on demonstrations of key concepts.
The duration of our Cloud Training program depends on individual learning pace. On average, most Our cloud Training program takes 6 months. However, you can progress through the material at your own pace, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Yes. Upon registration, make sure to use the name you used when creating your account. Once your registration request has been validated, you will have an opportunity to update your profile to reflect your current name.
An increasing number of e-mail clients (Outlook, AOL, Hotmail, etc.) are including spam blockers that can affect delivery and display of some e-mail messages. This means that some email communication may not get delivered to you.

- Outlook: Go to “Home” tab. Click on “Junk” and select “Junk E-mail Options” from the dropdown menu. Then click on the “Safe Sender” tab. Click the “Add” button. Type “@mrfranklins.com” in the text box. Click “Ok”
- AOL: You can add the email addresses to your address book or click the Not Spam icon at the top of the Spam folder.
- Hotmail: Go to the “Settings” page. Click “Junk E-mail.” Click “Add Senders to Safe List”, type “@mrfranklins.com” and then click “Add”
- Gmail: Go to the “Settings” page. Click on “Filters and blocked addresses”, then “Create new filter”. Type “@mrfranklins.com,” and then click “Create filter with this search.”
- Yahoo! Mail: Go to the “Settings” page, click “Add and create a filter” that matches “@mrfranklins.com” in the sender and delivers the messages to Inbox. Click Save.
